On the third Thursday of each month, Historic Downtown Summerville transforms into a special marketplace featuring local entertainment, craft vendors and artisans, to complement the extended hours of our eclectic shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Third Thursday traffic is rerouted from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM from the following streets; Little Main Street, W Richardson to Central (closed for traffic). There is plenty of FREE parking throughout the downtown including the town garage behind Town Hall.

DREAM Community Partners enjoy exclusive vendor opportunities, empowering them to actively engage in the vibrant Summerville community. Membership as a Community Partner not only fosters community growth but also provides essential resources for expanded marketing, business development, and general operations. The annual fee, aligned with your anniversary date, remains valid for 12 months.

As a Community Partner, you gain access to register for a variety of exciting DREAM events, including but not limited to Third Thursday, Sweet Tea Festival, Christmas Parade Market, and more. Participating in these events opens doors to unique marketing opportunities and community connections.

We select vendors based on uniqueness, past participation and facility footprint. Each event has an assigned vendor fee and rules and regulations. Join the DREAM Community Partners and actively participate in the heartbeat of Summerville’s cultural events.

Vendor Process:

  1. Must be a current Community Partner.
  2. Register for the event. All events are listed on the calendar page.
  3. Registration must be completed in detail as incomplete registrations will not be considered.
  4. Payment must be made by the deadline date or registration will be removed.
  5. Vendors will receive a “thank you for registering” email and invoice.
  6. Before the event (typically the week before), our Events Manager will contact you via email with all event highlight information i.e. set-up time, vendor location, regulations, etc.
